Seyoum

Seyoum received an undergraduate degree in Physics from Addis Ababa University and master’s degreess in Physics and Business from Southern Illinois University. He received outstanding student evaluations for his work as a teaching assistant while he was a graduate student at Southern Illinois University. He taught freshman students Astronomy, Electricity and Magnetism, and Numerical Mathematics. Seyoum also has over five years of one-on-one tutoring experience with high school and elementary students.

As a tutor, Seyoum applies his teaching and professional experience to quickly determine the most effective way of teaching each individual student. He has a track record of helping students achieve their goals by creating specific, customized study plans. Seyoum strongly believes in setting goals and deadlines, measuring and tracking results, and celebrating milestones along the way.  Seyoum has an outgoing personality that enables him to interact with students very easily as he helps them progress academically. 

Currently, Seyoum works as a financial analyst in Bethesda, Maryland. In his personal time, he enjoys hiking and travelling out of town to visit new places.
