Michael

Michael received an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a graduate degree in Statistics, both from Kennesaw State University. For the past few years, Michael has primarily worked as a data analyst for the health care and higher education fields, where he examines data to answer pressing issues and uses skills that he has acquired since he first took Algebra.

For the past decade, Michael has tutored students from all grade levels in all settings. He started freelance tutoring while still a teenager and has worked for Mathnasium and the Math Lab at his college. He enjoys working with students individually and is dedicated to seeing them succeed. Some of the subjects that Michael has tutored include Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics, various programming languages and Physics. Additionally, Michael has taught a few college level Algebra and Statistics courses, as well as American Sign Language courses. Michael is a firm believer that with patience and perseverance, any student can learn mathematics of any level, and he inspires to instill confidence in his students.

A native of Atlanta and having recently moved to Washington, DC, Michael enjoys checking out museums, biking, traveling, reading and listening to Icelandic folk music.
